As a Certified Instructor of the Wim Hof Method (first class of USA Instructors in 2016) I offer workshops, nature retreats, personal development, small group training and corporate team building events in Fort Collins and surrounding region to give you guidance and training in learning the WHM safely and correctly. Whether the Wim Hof Method is new to you or you are a dedicated student, I can show you how to enhance and optimize your training to become the best version of yourself and help you attain your specific goals. I am learning new things with the method daily and I look forward to sharing my experiences and knowledge.

About the Wim Hof Method

The Wim Hof Method was created by Dutch adventurer, world record holder, and world peace seeker Wim Hof. His method was derived from what Wim terms “hard nature” as he has trained his mind, body and spirit in natural environments, particularly under conditions of extreme cold for long periods of time earning him international fame under the appropriately given nickname “The Iceman”.

The Wim Hof Method is characterized by 1. Its simplicity and 2. Its effectiveness. To remove speculation, the effects and scalable applicability of this method have been and are currently being investigated by various renowned scientific institutes all over the world. These pending results could change how modern medicine is applied and disease is prevented, giving us as humans more control over our happiness, health and strength.

The Wim Hof Method is a combination of three powerful pillars:

1. Breathing Exercises | 2. Focus/Mindset Techniques | 3. Gradual, Unforced Cold Exposure   

Each of the three components have been separately studied but the WHM is the first to combine these three elements, and the current scientific results only prove the effects are far greater when all three of the pillars are combined together.
