Curious how it works with The Meditation Station?  See below!  We strive for every user to have a beautiful experience on their journey inward.

 


 

How it Works: Companies

  • We bring our solar powered mobile meditation studio to your selected location for self guided meditations in our meditation pods or for guided meditations, depending on the preference of your team
  • Your team members sign up for a time slot that meshes with their work commitments
  • Your team members walk out to our studio for their time slot and enjoy their meditation
  • Your team members head back to work feeling more focused, attentive, positive, and relaxed

 Additional Info: For 15-minute self guided meditations, we can have up to 18 people in the studio per hour.  For guided meditations, we can have 20 people per hour across two 20 minute sessions.  Station can be rented for 4 and 8 hour blocks.


 

How It Works: Self-Serve PODS

  • Sign in and pay
  • Put your shoes, phone, and personal belongings in the cubby holes up front
  • Head back to an open pod
  • Get in a comfortable seated position in the space and begin to relax
  • Close your eyes, breathe, and commit to being non-judgmental of your thoughts

 

How It Works: Guided Group Session

  • Sign in and pay
  • Put your shoes, phone, and personal belongings in the cubby holes up front
  • Head back and pick a spot
  • Choose a comfortable seated meditative posture
  • Open your mind and heart to the small group meditation for the next 20 minutes 
  • Close your eyes, breathe, and commit to being non-judgmental of your thoughts/emotions

 


 

How it Works: Schools

  • We bring our solar powered mobile meditation studio to your school for self guided meditations in our meditation pods and for guided meditations
  • Your faculty/students sign up for a time slot that works with their schedule or is allowed by the school
  • Your faculty/students walk out to our studio for their time slot and enjoy their meditation

 


 

Tip for Beginners:

When thoughts/emotions come up, and they surely will, be aware of the thought/emotion, accept the thought/emotion, but don’t identify with it.  Be a witness. The more we practice observing our emotions, the less potent they become.
