Community Services


Guided Sessions - Let one of our expert experience creators guide you in an open space, small group setting in various breathwork, meditation and mindfulness techniques.  Instructor led group sessions seat up to 10 and sessions last 20-30 minutes.

Meditation Workshops - These instructor led sessions cover various topics such as meditation education, scientific studies, how it can be applied in your day to day life and a multitude of helpful mindfulness and meditative techniques.  Workshops typically last 2 hours and seat up to 10.

Personal Meditation Coaching - Unsure where to start? Ready to take your journey inward to the next level?  Our personal coaching sessions offer invaluable one on one feedback, training and assistance to go deeper into your personal meditation practice, awareness and consciousness and goals for exploring the art of awareness.

EVENT NAME: All Levels Meditation Workshop | Self-Exploration Experience

DATE & TIME: Saturday June 15th, 2019 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM MDT

We invite you to join us for a morning meditation and mindfulness workshop session with Tate, owner/operator of The Meditation Station and Level II Certified Instructor of the Wim Hof Method.

During this experience you will:

  • Learn more about various types of meditative techniques
  • Understand how these techniques can potentially help you
  • Participate in group Q&A covering all things meditation

We will discuss, practice and debrief select meditative and mindfulness techniques with the goal of:

  1. Increasing awareness of mental and physical states
  2. Reducing perceived stress and cortisol levels
  3. Having an improved sense of well-being

This event is suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners
