When I’m not setting up the station or hanging with the tribe I enjoy learning new mindfulness and meditation techniques, hiking, camping, backpacking, rock climbing, kayaking, snowboarding, basketball and soccer. I view wellness (of the mind and body) and fitness (of the mind and body) as an ever evolving practice that needs to be structured yet flexible as we, as humans, are always changing physically, mentally and emotionally. I enjoy challenging myself and others to get outside of our normal comfort zones and push ourselves to become the best versions of ourselves that we can possibly be.
